Hominique™ Return & Refund Policy

At Hominique, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. While we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, we also need to protect our store and customers from fraudulent activities. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number & confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Seasonal decor after the holiday has passed (e.g., Halloween, Christmas items) unless defective


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos or videos of the item and packaging

  • Order details

We will review your case promptly and offer:

  • A replacement item at no cost or

  • A full refund if the item is out of stock


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using trackable shipping services — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. No Refund Scams Policy

To protect against fraudulent claims:

  • We require photo/video proof for damaged/defective items before issuing refunds or replacements.

  • Orders reported as “not received” but confirmed delivered by the carrier will not be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds or future service to customers engaging in abusive claims or chargebacks.


6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team first will result in:

  • Account suspension from future purchases

  • Sharing fraud reports with payment processors & eCommerce networks for seller protection
