  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email with your order confirmation and another with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


4. Order Tracking

  • Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.


5. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be eligible for refunds.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages
